Weigh in tonight :(

I struggled alot  this past week with my diet, too much carbs thats what I found out yesterday when I was talking to Britney. I dont know what the scale is going to show tonight. Hopefully it's not going to be that bad. Iam extremely nervous!

Five GOOD Reasons

My father had diabetes and died of a heart attack at age 35, I want to stop that cycle and be healthy , be there for my family and be an awesome Nonni to my grandchildren. I want to be a good role model for my family and friends. I want to feel good, look good and have energy. Also, this has been a goal of mine, to change my life!!!!!!

Reasons

I have battled with my weight for the last 10 years. I have three young kids and and husband. I am missing out on so much that I want to do and I am done with missing out. I want to be healthy and set a good example for my kids so they never have to go through what I have gone through.  I am so tired of not being able to find cute clothes that fit me, soon that will change! I want to be active and healthy when I am older so I need to do it now. Age is only a number. I hope to inspire others who are very overweight like me and show them that it can be done by an average person I have the support of the trainers, Lori, my husband, family, and myself. I am so thankful for that. It can be done, you can become healthy!!

End of Week 2 + 5 reasons

It's hard to believe that it has been 2 weeks already.  I can feel an increase in my endurance!  Plus, sleep has finally found me!  This has been a great experience so far, and I am sure it will continue to be.  I have great and encouraging teammates that have really come together and support each other.  I look forward to the oncoming weeks.
I have found that my reasons for inspiration come from many different places-
My family - I must get healthy for my son and husband.  They deserve it, and so do I!
A good friend - without her encouragement, I wouldn't be doing this program today.
The want for something better - Always had it, never used it before.
Knowing I can do it - I believe in myself.
Failure is not an option - enough said.
