First I want to say how great my teammates are. They are so kind and supportive. We all want the best not only for ourselves but for each other. The trainers are great too. They make me feel very comfortable and like I can do anything. Thank you everyone!!
Now as for the workout, it was intense!! I pushed myself and I see other teammates doing so as well. I think a key point is pushing yourself past your comfort zone. Not to where your going to injure yourself, but enough to really challenge and surprise yourself. The feeling of accomplishment you get when you give it your all is amazing. I feel great right now but I know soon the soreness will set in. I will have to push though it and as time passes I will be less sore. The first few weeks is the hardest. The other team better watch it because we are out to win!! I do wish the best for them though and for all of the readers. Don't start in three days or next week, do it now!!
