I struggled alot  this past week with my diet, too much carbs thats what I found out yesterday when I was talking to Britney. I dont know what the scale is going to show tonight. Hopefully it's not going to be that bad. Iam extremely nervous!

Five GOOD Reasons

My father had diabetes and died of a heart attack at age 35, I want to stop that cycle and be healthy , be there for my family and be an awesome Nonni to my grandchildren. I want to be a good role model for my family and friends. I want to feel good, look good and have energy. Also, this has been a goal of mine, to change my life!!!!!!

Reasons

I have battled with my weight for the last 10 years. I have three young kids and and husband. I am missing out on so much that I want to do and I am done with missing out. I want to be healthy and set a good example for my kids so they never have to go through what I have gone through.  I am so tired of not being able to find cute clothes that fit me, soon that will change! I want to be active and healthy when I am older so I need to do it now. Age is only a number. I hope to inspire others who are very overweight like me and show them that it can be done by an average person I have the support of the trainers, Lori, my husband, family, and myself. I am so thankful for that. It can be done, you can become healthy!!

End of Week 2 + 5 reasons

It's hard to believe that it has been 2 weeks already.  I can feel an increase in my endurance!  Plus, sleep has finally found me!  This has been a great experience so far, and I am sure it will continue to be.  I have great and encouraging teammates that have really come together and support each other.  I look forward to the oncoming weeks.
I have found that my reasons for inspiration come from many different places-
My family - I must get healthy for my son and husband.  They deserve it, and so do I!
A good friend - without her encouragement, I wouldn't be doing this program today.
The want for something better - Always had it, never used it before.
Knowing I can do it - I believe in myself.
Failure is not an option - enough said.

A Balance

I have found that the first week has been a balancing act for me.  Exercise, work and family all come into play.  I am slowly working it out and things are getting easier.  I find myself feeling a little better everyday and am looking onward.  I appreciate the opportunity to be a part of this program!  We have a great team - Go Night Fury!!

Challenge

pUSHED!!!!

Woo Hoo!!!

Day 2 is in the books!  We all were ON IT tonight!!!  Even on day 2, we brought it like we've been doing this for weeks!  Great JOB Night Fury!!  The challenge is tomorrow and so is the first weigh in.  Get some rest and see you all tomorrow!

Heather Fell :) First day of my new LIFE!!!

I went to the first bootcamp, and let me tell you.  It felt so good to be moving:)  I am a wife to Mark Fell Sr. and I have four children- Chelsey 15, Madison 9, Mark Jr. 5 and Calli who is 3.  

I have a history of strokes and heart attacks in my family and I want that cycle to end with ME!  I want my husband to become healthier and my kids to live life to their fullest!!!

 It is morning one after the first workout and I don't feel to bad.  Jason said after day two we will feel it so I will let you know how I feel then:)

Push, Push, Push

     First I want to say how great my teammates are. They are so kind and supportive. We all want the best not only for ourselves but for each other. The trainers are great too. They make me feel very comfortable and like I can do anything. Thank you everyone!!
     Now as for the workout, it was intense!! I pushed myself  and I see other teammates doing so as well. I think a key point is pushing yourself past your comfort zone. Not to where your going to injure yourself, but enough to really challenge and surprise yourself. The feeling of accomplishment you get when you give it your all is amazing.      I feel great right now but I know soon the soreness will set in. I will have to push though it and as time passes I will be less sore. The first few weeks is the hardest. The other team better watch it because we are out to win!! I do wish the best for them though and for all of the readers. Don't start in three days or next week, do it now!! I wish everyone the best and have a good day.

Woo Hoo!!!  First workout is done and out of the way!  I feel pretty stoked even after all that. We have a kick butt team and an awesome trainer. Team West has no idea what they are in for. ;-)
